Kara Buist is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in owner support and customer service management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of the Owner Success Team at Evolve since November 2016, Kara previously held roles as Manager of the Owner Support Teams focusing on Payments & Reporting and general support. Key accomplishments include creating job positions, developing training programs, collaborating with multiple teams to enhance customer experiences, and ensuring team goals align with company KPIs and SLAs. Prior to Evolve, Kara worked as an English Language Teacher at Kojen English Centers and gained hospitality experience as a Bartender at Hilton Milwaukee City Center. Kara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
