Jared Anderson SPHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jared'smost recent role was as the Human Resources Director for Keystone Care LLC, an Ensign affiliate network in Texas. In this position, they oversaw HR operations for seven markets and over 80 independent facilities with more than 15,000 employees. Jared's primary focus was on supporting and leading the HR department.

Before joining Ensign Services, Jared worked at Dal-Tile Corporation as a Human Resources Manager II, where they served as a Multi-Unit HRBP for a national distribution network. Jared supported four sites with over 300 associates and ensured compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

Earlier in their career, Jared held various leadership roles at Terminix, including Operations Manager, Branch Manager, Service Manager, and Sales Manager. During their tenure, they successfully revitalized the Texas Terminix location and led a team of over 40 reports.

Jared also has experience as an Assistant Manager at Village Inn and as an Area Manager at Community Pool Management.

Jared Anderson SPHR, SHRM-CP holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, obtained from Capella University from 2018 to 2024. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management at Truman State University from 2000 to 2005. Jared also participated in the Dale Carnegie Training program in Round Rock, TX in 2014, although a specific degree was not obtained from this program. In 2003, they pursued general studies in Business Administration and Management at The University of Texas at San Antonio.

Jared has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications in the field of Human Resources. Jared earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2014. In December 2015, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Additionally, they achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2018. Jared also completed the Strategic Human Resources certification from LinkedIn in October 2018.
