Normella Walker currently serves as the Vice President of Enterprise Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Mass General Brigham, a position held since June 2023. Walker has extensive experience in the field, having previously worked as the Executive Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Brigham and Women's Hospital from July 2019 to June 2023, and as the Principal of Intentional Organizational Excellence from 2013 to 2024. Walker's early career includes roles as the Manager of Diversity Programs and Education and Operations Manager at Cleveland Clinic from 1999 to 2012. Educational qualifications include coursework in Curriculum and Instruction at Harvard University, Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies at Yale School of Management and Cornell University ILR School, and a Master of Arts in Psychology with a Diversity Specialization, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership, both from Cleveland State University.
