Stephan Maminakis began their work experience in 1988 as a Software Engineer at Lockheed Space Operations. Stephan then transitioned to United Space Alliance in the same role. In 1996, Stephan joined ENSCO, Inc as a Staff SW Engineer and continued in this position until the present time.

Stephan Maminakis earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the Florida Institute of Technology. Stephan attended the institute from 1984 to 2003.
