Misty has more than 20 years of experience building and leading customer success in the Higher Education industry. Misty’s extensive experience stems from years in the student loan industry, playing an intricate role in companies such as US Bank, Nelnet, Chela, USA Group, and Sallie Mae. Over the past 7 years she has focused specifically on customer engagement, working as a Director of Client Relations at EDMC, and most recently as the Director of Customer Success at CampusLogic.

Misty holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University, where she also served as an Enrollment Advisor, paving the way to a passionate career bolstering the success of students and administrators in the higher education arena.
