Alice Cardi has accumulated diverse experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Alice started as an Intern at Wayfair GmbH in 2014 and progressed to roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager at Axel Springer SE and Talent Sourcing Lead EMEA at Tesla. Currently, they are the Head of Expansion Recruiting at Enpal, showcasing their expertise and growth in the field.

Alice Cardi completed a degree in International Management, Scienze Linguistiche e Letterature straniere, from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2015. Subsequently, they pursued further education in Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies, obtaining an Ausbildung as Trainer / Coach for intercultural competencies from Artop (Institut an der Humboldt Universität Berlin) in 2020.
