Alec Hart is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Lead at Watchfire since February 2020, responsible for talent acquisition and guiding employees on various HR topics. Previous roles include Human Resources Generalist and Specialist at Watchfire and CCMSI, where Alec developed health and wellness programs, organized training initiatives, and assisted in onboarding processes.
