Alina Smush currently serves as a Regulation Referent at BDR Technologies Ltd since July 2024 and has been with Enlivex Therapeutics since July 2018, progressing from Research and Development Scientist to Senior R&D Scientist. In these roles, Alina is responsible for managing laboratory operations, including maintenance, orders, inventory tracking, and equipment calibration. Prior to this, Alina worked as a QC Technician at Savyon Diagnostics Ltd from December 2015 to June 2018. Alina holds a Master's degree in Microbiology, Immunology, and Genetics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (2012-2015) and a Bachelor of Science from Achva Academic College (2009-2012).
