Sherri Norland has a wealth of experience in Human Resources. Sherri began their career in 1997 as an HR Advisor and Education Coordinator at Boulder Community Hospital. In 1998, they became the Facility Manager at HealthSouth - Surgery Center & Occupational Medicine. In 2000, they were appointed as Senior Director, Human Resources at Array BioPharma. In 2016, they started Outside Edge Consulting LLC as the Principal Consultant and Owner, providing human resources consulting services to small to mid-size businesses. In 2017, they served as VP of Human Resources at Edgewise Therapeutics, and also worked as an HR Consultant at Peloton Therapeutics. In 2019, they worked as an HR Consultant at Brickell Biotech, Inc. and Vanqua Bio. Finally, in 2020, they began working as an HR Consultant at EnLiven Therapeutics.

Sherri Norland earned a Masters in Organizational Performance & Change from Colorado State University between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. in Business Administration/Health Care Administration from Concordia College between 1991 and 1995.
