Yasir Ali currently serves as the General Manager of Government Relations & External Affairs at Engro Corp, a position held since February 2022, overseeing the company's commercial interests with the Government of Pakistan and fostering relationships across various government levels. Prior to this role, Yasir Ali spent nearly 14 years at Shell in various capacities, including New Business Development Manager, where initiatives included renewable energy projects and market entry strategies. Experience also includes roles as Regional Manager for Retail, Regional Operations Excellence Manager, and Customer Services Operations Manager, focusing on operational excellence and customer service improvements. Earlier career experience includes positions at PTCL as Regional Sales Manager and at Telstra in corporate sales and account management, supported by a Master’s degree in Business/Commerce from Deakin University and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from Griffith University.
