Felipe Vásquez worked as a Project Manager at Engineers In Action starting in January 2016. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineer at Oropéndola Finca Agroecológica y Jardín Botánico from an unknown start date until January 2016.

Felipe Vásquez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from EAP Zamorano, which they attended from 2010 to 2013. Later, in 2016 and 2017, they pursued a Watershed Management Diploma with a focus on Hydrology and Water Resources Science at CATIE (Centro Agronómico Tropical de Investigación y Enseñanza).
