Jim Thomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical sales and support within the networking and telecommunication sectors. Currently serving as the EnGenius Partner Manager for the Greater-Western US and Canada since March 2020, Jim Thomas leads efforts in driving product sales, managing accounts, and training partners on various technologies. Prior roles include Director of Technical Services at Paragon Software Group and Technical Support Manager positions at both Paragon Software Group and FarStone Technology.
