Greg Innes is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in professional services and consulting across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Professional Services for North America at Icertis, Innes oversees implementation services and client management for strategic and federal accounts. Previous roles include Chief Customer Officer at Zycus, where Innes restructured customer management organizations and doubled annual recurring revenue in under three months, and Vice President of Global Services at Systech International, leading consulting services for Fortune 500 clients. Earlier in career, Innes held various leadership positions at JDA Software and Manugistics, managing multi-million dollar service P&Ls while significantly improving profitability, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Innes holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland and a B.S. in Business Logistics from Penn State University.
