Leah Beard is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Executive Director of Partner Success and Executive Coach & Learning Designer at engage2learn since February 2021. Prior to this role, Leah served as an Organizational Effectiveness Specialist at Region 11 ESC, where strategic planning and change leadership were key focuses. Leah's previous positions include Vice President of Academics at Liberty Christian School and various roles at Keller ISD, including Director of Organizational Improvement & Strategic Planning and Learning Coordinator. Leah Beard holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and Change Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in History and Russian Language from Texas A&M University.
