Monika Dubey is a seasoned professional in customer success and operations, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at VdoCipher Media Solutions since October 2020, where Monika provides seamless support through team collaboration and stakeholder management, focusing on client solutions and relationship fostering. Prior experience includes several roles at Uber, from Central Operations Consultant to Scaled Sales Consultant for UberEats, contributing to diverse sales and operational strategies. Monika's earlier work involved research and policy analysis at the Department of Information Technology & Communication for the Government of Rajasthan, where Monika collaborated on a USAID-funded project, as well as a system analyst internship working on the Rajasthan e-panchayat module. Monika holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from BIT Mesra and has a solid educational background in science from various institutions.
