Dave Taweel is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the PEO industry. Currently serving as Compliance Manager at Engage PEO since February 2017, Dave previously held the position of Director of Tax and Compliance at Resourcing Edge from April 2014 to February 2017, where responsibilities included managing PEO licensing and unemployment claims. Prior to that, Dave worked at AlphaStaff as a Tax Specialist for a decade, initially starting as a Human Resource Specialist before developing a strategy to address unemployment claims. Dave's career began as an Attorney at a private practice in Fairfax, VA, from October 1987 to March 2004. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Major in Finance from George Mason University, earned between 1979 and 1983.
