Shannon Bloemker, CFA, is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in sustainability and technology-based consulting. As the Founder and CEO of Raven since March 2022, Shannon leads a software company that provides actionable energy analyses for homeowners through real-time data from home inspections. Prior to Raven, Shannon founded and led Glasshouse Insights, a consulting firm from June 2018 to September 2023, assisting startups with strategic positioning and growth. Earlier roles include Head of Strategy and Real Estate at Crave! Delivery, Venture Partner at StageDotO, and Head of Strategy & Real Estate Acquisition at Plotify. Shannon's career began at Five Ten Capital, where leading strategy helped manage a significant portfolio of single-family rental homes. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies & Sustainability from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from UC Santa Barbara.
