Bob Garland is a Senior Engineer at Énergie NB Power, with a career spanning several decades at NB Power since May 1983. In the role of Senior Engineer T&D Design, Bob manages a team of engineers and technicians focused on the design of substations, transmission lines, civil engineering, protective relaying, surveying, GIS mapping, and procurement of transformers and high voltage equipment. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Electrical and Power Transmission Installers, from the University of New Brunswick, earned between 1979 and 1983.
