Shahad Alomani MSEE is a Protection and Control Engineer II at Florida Power & Light since September 2022, previously serving as a Distribution Service Planning Associate Engineer. Prior experience includes roles as an Electrical Engineer 2 and Production Test Technician 3 at Lam Research, and a Graduate Teaching Assistant focusing on Power Systems at Maseeh College of Engineering and Computer Science. Shahad has also worked as an Electrical Engineer at D+R International and as a Student Engineer with PacifiCorp, engaging in transmission line planning. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Portland State University, with specialization in Power Systems, along with a diploma in Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology.
