Déborah TOVAR has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Déborah began their career in 2000 as a Chargée de clientèle at Teleperformance, where they worked in customer service and handled a range of tasks including proactive outbound operations, collections, and managing transportation disputes. Déborah then worked as a Dirigeante - cogérante Chez SARL D-A DIFFUSION - Centre Tahe beauté from 2005 to 2010, where they managed a wholesale and semi-wholesale boutique for hair and beauty professionals. In 2011, they worked as a Conseillère de vente at SHOP COIFFURE, providing sales advice and managing inventory. Later in 2011, they joined Téréva as an ASSISTANTE VAD, supporting the sales department and assisting with client management and order processing. In 2012, they were an assistante commerciale at Arch'Office France, providing commercial assistance and prospecting in the B2B sector. Déborah then worked at vente-privee as a Manutentionnaire for a short period. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as an Assistante de direction at Be Concept Énergies, a company specializing in turnkey solutions for energy projects. Déborah'sresponsibilities included project management and feasibility studies. Most recently, they have been working at ENER-PACTE since 2018, first as chargee de support commercial photovoltaïque and currently as an Expert projet photovoltaïque / Asset manager. ENER-PACTE focuses on optimizing and managing existing photovoltaic assets for non-professional owners, with a goal of producing renewable energy with a managed capacity of 60 MWc within 3 years.

Déborah Tovar attended American Teachers in 2017, where they obtained a TOEIC certification in English. Prior to that, they attended Lycée de la plaine de l'ain -01500 Amberieu en Bugey from 1996 to 2000, earning a Baccalauréat STT ACC degree.
