Karen Schilling is currently the Head of Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Development at Endo Networks Inc. She previously worked as the Director of Recruiting at KSG and Up Fundraising. Before that, Karen was a Principal Consultant at IKare Professional Services where she focused on talent acquisition for contact centers and was a Wellness Educator. She also has experience in training and recruitment from her time at Zedd Customer Solutions LP Inc. and Elovate Systems Inc. Karen began her career at Nike Canada Ltd as a Team Lead and has a background in marketing from Toronto Metropolitan University and Sheridan College.
