Kamon Aungkhasirikun is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as AVP of HRIS & HR Services at Siam Piwat since May 2023. With a strong background in various HR disciplines, Kamon has held leadership roles at Thailand Anthracite Company Limited and Amcor, where responsibilities included Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Employee Relations. Previous positions at Central Pattana encompassed overseeing HR strategy, policy development, and general administration. Kamon began the career as a Personnel Officer at Rayong Purifier Public Company Limited and has progressively advanced through roles at notable companies such as Humanica Public Company Limited and Chula Unisearch. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Public and Private Management from NIDA Thailand and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Psychology from Kasetsart University.
