Andy Boyle is an experienced engineering leader and culture advocate with a diverse background across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Endgame and a Culture Coach and Writer at Write Good Inc., Andy has also held key positions at Clockwise, including Head of Infrastructure Engineering, Senior Engineering Manager, and Engineering Manager. Additionally, Andy has experience as the Director of Product Engineering at the Chicago Sun-Times and has contributed to academia as a Part-Time Faculty member at Columbia College Chicago.
