As a Partner at Purely CRM since July 2015, Nicola has been deeply engaged with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since its inception. In addition, Nicola Cadwell Consulting Inc. has been operational since June 2009, providing CRM and business consulting services. Past roles include Senior CRM Consultant at Habanero Consulting Group, MSCRM Solution Consultant & Project Manager at Bell, and Microsoft CRM Consultant at Microsoft. Nicola's educational background includes a CGMA designation from CIMA, a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, and a BA(Hons) in Business & Finance from The University of Huddersfield.
