Jim Austin is an experienced automotive professional with a robust background in aftersales and parts management. Currently serving as Parts Manager and Aftersales Manager at Endeavour Automotive Ltd since October 2022, Jim previously held key roles in aftersales at Turner Motor Group from September 2005 to October 2022 and at Bury St Edmunds Toyota from July 1987 to August 2005, where responsibilities included Aftersales Manager and Service & IT Manager. Jim's education includes training at Toyota from 2009 to 2010, and earlier studies at West Suffolk College from 1976 to 1979, along with attendance at Thurston Upper School.
