Gaurav Rajan is currently the Director of Loyalty, Personalization & Lifecycle at Macy's. Prior to this, Gaurav held various roles at companies such as Abercrombie & Fitch Co., Shake Shack, and Alex Mill. Gaurav also serves as an Advisor for Aimé Leon Dore and holds the role of Advising Partner at The Hungarian Butcher. Gaurav's educational background includes a B.S. in Computer Science & Engineering from The Ohio State University, as well as a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategy & Innovation from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
