Shawn Richards is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in the technology and media sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Sales - Technology at Endava since March 2020, Shawn previously held several leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales at Mobica and Senior Business Development Manager at Dolby. At Mobica, Shawn delivered significant year-over-year revenue growth and developed strategic partnerships with Tier 1 clients in AR/VR, AI, and IoT projects. Earlier in the career, Shawn contributed to the success of companies like QSound Labs and Micronas, focusing on audio IP and multimedia solutions. Shawn holds a BEng (Hons) in Integrated Engineering from Nottingham Trent University and HNC and OND in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lincoln College of Technology.
