Andrew Stephens is a Project Manager at Encore Technology Group, overseeing the development and implementation of audio visual, data, and physical security solutions since June 2023. Previously, Andrew held multiple roles at Solutionz, Inc, including Help Desk Technician and Operations and Service Center Manager, where 300 client service requests were managed monthly. Andrew also gained experience as a Computer Electronics Engineer at Technology Networked, as well as in customer relations at Toshiba Business Solutions and Geek Squad. Andrew holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Networking Systems from ITT Technical Institute.
