Kris Sebastian serves as the VP of Domain and Business Analysis at SysArc Infomatix Pvt Ltd. since July 2020, focusing on research to identify user pain points and translating them into business opportunities while delivering enhancements from inception to completion. Prior to this role, Kris held managerial positions at Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait from June 2008 to March 2020, and served as AVP at HSBC from January 2006 to April 2008. Kris began a career in banking at Standard Chartered Bank as a Relationship Manager and experienced customer service roles at HSBC. Academically, Kris earned an MBA from Loyola Institute Of Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sathyabama University.
