Cydney Runions, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MSBA, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Encore Vet Group since October 2023. Previously, Cydney held the position of Human Resources Director at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from September 2019 to August 2023 and Director of Human Resources at Rochester Electronics from 2016 to 2019, where leadership focused on supporting organizational values and objectives. Prior experience includes a role as Global Senior HR Manager/Strategic HRBP at Fairchild, part of ON Semiconductor, from 2007 to 2015, where significant accomplishments included retaining key talent and co-implementing an Applicant Tracking System. Cydney began a career in HR as a Senior Recruiter at IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. from 2006 to 2007. Academic qualifications include an MS in Business Administration from San Diego State University and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Finance from Montana State University-Bozeman.
