An Encore Electric founding partner, Chris Cole currently leads the company’s development of new markets.

As a member of the executive leadership team, Cole provides leadership in guiding the future course in continuing to strengthen Encore’s brand as a nationally recognized premier contractor. His focus is on leading through expertise, partnerships, and full life-cycle services specific to complex projects and sophisticated clients.

Cole brings more than three decades of experience in the construction industry from tradesmen, client partners, founders, team builders,s and technology leaders. He takes pride in having been a key client partner on major projects across multiple vertical markets including; Lindsey-Flanigan Courthouse, WY Supercomputing Center, Cheyenne CYS04 Datacenter, CU Recreation Center, CSU DMC, University of WY School of Business, Aspen’s Limelight Hotel, Big Sky’s Yellowstone Club and Vail’s One Willow Bridge Road.

Raised in a large family in Central NY, Cole worked as an electrician for his father before relocating to Jackson, WY where worked as an electrician through his 20s. Balancing work with a passion for alpinist skills, Cole was part of a 3-member team that was the first to ever ski across the state of Colorado, from NM to WY. He later had his own electrical business in Central NY, married and relocating as a family to Colorado where he held managerial roles for Merit Electric, prior to joining the other founders of Encore Electric, Inc.
