Whitney Murn is a seasoned professional in project coordination and music education with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator at Encore Business Solutions since August 2022, Whitney facilitates project kickoffs, status reporting, and assists with budget reporting and risk tracking. As an Instrumental Coach for the Bay Village Marching Band since 2011, Whitney teaches drills and music while maintaining attendance records. Previous roles include Learning Designer at Venture For America, Engagement Coach at OHDELA, and Band Teacher at MusicAlliance Inc., where Whitney significantly increased enrollment. Whitney also contributed as Symphony Manager for the Cleveland Youth Wind Symphony and served as Private Tutor in the Bay Village Music Department. Additionally, Whitney held multiple roles at the National Conference for Community & Justice of Greater Dayton, focusing on education related to diversity and leadership. Whitney holds a Master of Music in Music Education from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Music Education from Baldwin Wallace University.
