Issac Morales serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Community Outreach Officer at Encore Bank since November 2022, after previously holding the position of Vice President, Community Outreach Officer. Prior to Encore Bank, Issac worked at the Arkansas Development Finance Authority from April 2018 to November 2022, where roles included Finance Program Analyst and Outreach Specialist, focusing on affordable housing and development finance programs. Issac's earlier experience includes positions at Regions Bank as a Universal Banker, Farmers Insurance Group as an Insurance Agent, and Olive Garden, where responsibilities ranged from Assistant Manager to Server/Bartender. Issac holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Central Arkansas, completed in 2012.
