Amy Kim has diverse work experience spanning various industries. Amy is currently working as an In vivo Research Associate at Encoded Therapeutics Inc. since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Animal Care Technician II at Genentech from April 2019 to March 2021. Amy also gained experience as an Intern for Horses, Dairy Cows, Pigs, and Poultry at the University of California, Davis from August 2017 to March 2019. Amy served as an Education Outreach Leader at Wild Campus from January 2018 to August 2018 and interned as a CAPE Intern at UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in June 2017. Additionally, Amy volunteered at East Bay SPCA from May 2015 to June 2016 and at Paws In Need in June 2015. Amy worked as a Team Member at Jamba Juice from January 2015 to November 2015 and as a Model at Hollister Co. from January 2015 to June 2015. Amy gained early work experience as a Team Member at TJ Maxx from December 2013 to January 2014.
Amy Kim attended the University of California, Davis from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences. In July 2020, they received the Assistant Laboratory Animal Technician (ALAT/RALAT) certification from Apex Systems.
