Andrew Mills is an experienced professional in project development and engineering, currently serving as the US Project Development Supervisor at Enbridge since July 2015. Notable achievements include leading the commissioning of the $3 billion NEXUS pipeline project and overseeing the $80 million Pomelo pipeline and facilities project while managing engineering, design, procurement, and construction support across multiple projects. Prior to Enbridge, Andrew held the position of Associate Engineer at Spectra Energy, focusing on engineering and field support for M&R facilities. Andrew gained early experience through internships in control software engineering, marketing, sales, and field technician roles, ultimately earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 2015.
