Lisa Marie Adams has a diverse background in sales and business development. Currently, they serve as the Director of Business Development at Empyrean Benefit Solutions, Inc., where they are responsible for delivering employee benefit solutions through software and services. In their role, they partner with clients to support their benefits strategy and manage complex benefit challenges efficiently. Prior to their current position, Lisa served as a Regional Sales Manager at EyeMed Vision Care, where they developed new business relationships and achieved outstanding sales performance. Lisa Marie also held the role of Regional VP of Sales at Concentra, where they oversaw onsite clinical programs. Earlier in their career, Lisa worked at Humana as a Specialty Strategic Alliances and Business Development Director, as well as a Specialty Benefits Sales Executive. Lisa Marie marketed Humana's products, developed marketing and sales plans, and managed broker distribution channels. Lisa began their career as a Sales Consultant at Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta.

Lisa Marie Adams earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from LaGrange College, where they studied from 1992 to 1996.
