Gene Pargas has significant work experience in various leadership roles. Gene currently serves as the Executive Director of Expansion at Marketplace Chaplains since November 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the Field Development Director at Corporate Chaplains Of America from July 2014 to October 2017. Additionally, they were the Vice President of Strategic Accounts at eMaint Enterprises, LLC from August 2006 to July 2014, where they played a vital role in business development and fostering strategic relationships. Before that, they served as the Owner of CertaPro from 2004 to 2006. Gene began their career as a Partner at Priority Management, a global training company, where they directed program fulfillment in various areas such as productivity, sales, project management, and customer service.

Gene Pargas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Park University. Additionally, they have obtained the "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" certification from Google Digital Garage in May 2022.
