Twanna Jackson has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in roles related to patient care and management. Currently serving in the Care Delivery Implementation position at the NY Hotel Trades Council & Hotel Assoc. of NYC Employee Benefit Funds since April 2022, Twanna previously held multiple roles within the same organization, including Radiology Supervisor and Patient Experience Advocate from December 2005 to December 2020. Twanna holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Metropolitan College, earned between 2015 and 2017, and also has a background from The College of New Rochelle, where studies were completed from 2012 to 2014.
