Emily Ruff, LCPC, is an experienced mental health professional specializing in early childhood mental health. Since July 2019, Emily has served as an Early Childhood Mental Health Therapist at Carroll County Youth Service Bureau, focusing on child-parent psychotherapy and interaction therapy.
