Elli Penland is an accomplished Human Resource professional with extensive experience spanning various roles and organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resource Business Partner at Employco USA, Inc. since April 2022, Elli previously operated as Consultant/President of Penland HR Consulting from September 2016 to May 2022, providing tailored HR solutions. Previous positions include Human Resources Consultant at ESPO Corporation, Director of Human Resources at Seton Montessori School, and Human Resources Manager at Upp Technology, Inc. Throughout Ellie’s career, expertise in full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, and HR management has been demonstrated across multiple sectors, along with a strong foundation in sales and coaching from earlier roles. Elli holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Indiana University Indianapolis and has obtained various educational qualifications including studies at the University of Iowa and the Technology Center of DuPage.
