Karolina Nowicka is an experienced professional in IT recruitment and team leadership, currently serving as a Business Delivery Manager and IT Recruitment Team Leader at Devire since August 2021. Previously, Karolina held the position of Senior Talent Attraction Partner at BEC Poland for a brief period in early 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing end-to-end IT recruitment processes.
