Nancy Gilbertson has extensive experience in order management and customer service, currently serving as an Expeditor at Empire Screen Printing, Inc. since September 1997, where responsibilities include assisting customers with order modifications and shipping logistics. Prior to this role, Nancy worked as a Data Entry Clerk at Desmond's Formalwear from March 1993 to August 1997, ensuring the accuracy of tuxedo orders across multiple stores. Nancy holds two Associate's degrees from Western Technical College: one in Supervisory Management obtained between 2005 and 2007 and another in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services earned from 2002 to 2004.
