Andrew Walker, CFA currently serves as the Vice President of FP&A at Empire State Realty Trust. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at the same company. Before joining Empire State Realty Trust, Andrew was employed as a Financial Analyst at Empire State Building Co. Mr. Walker also has experience as a CMBS Surveillance Assistant at Fitch Ratings and as a Real Estate Salesperson at Eychner Associates. Andrew holds a BS in Finance/Management from NYU Stern School of Business.
