Cassandra Schwartz is a seasoned training and development professional with extensive experience in the education and mortgage sectors. Currently serving as a Training Coordinator at Guild Mortgage since March 2017, Cassandra develops onboarding and training materials, facilitates cross-departmental collaboration, and manages training programs focused on mortgage industry knowledge. Previous roles include Lead Agent and Trainer at Hurtigruten, where Cassandra created product training sessions, and Call Center Acting Manager at Global Voyages Group, where standardized processes were established to enhance customer service.
