David Schrader is a seasoned professional with a robust background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a Business Manager at Empire Merchants since May 2008, David oversees all aspects of business operations. Previously, David held the position of Director of Catering at Lackmann Culinary Services from January 1994 to March 1996, where responsibilities included managing all on-campus catering needs, such as the Commencement Ceremony, while overseeing specific budgets and leading a team of 25 culinary specialists. David earned an Associate's degree from The Culinary Institute of America between 2001 and 2003.
