Nicole Kijkuit has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at The HEINEKEN Company since July 2015, with previous roles in business support and supply chain HR partnerships. Prior roles include P&O Advisor Resourcing at Mars, Corporate Recruiter at DLA Piper, and Intercedent at Randstad Employment Bureau. At DLA Piper, Nicole focused on recruitment activities and attracting new talent for one of the world's leading corporate legal service providers. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Orthopedagogy from Leiden University, earned between 2002 and 2009.
