Erica Duncan has over a decade of experience in the customer service industry, currently serving as a Beverage Server at Empire City Casino since March 2017. Prior to this role, Erica held positions at Micro Center from July 2013 to January 2016, including Front End Supervisor and Knowledge Advisor, focusing on sales in the computer department. Earlier experience includes serving as Cafe Manager and Cafe Server at Barnes & Noble, Inc. from February 2010 to July 2013.
