Adia Barrera serves as the Director of Events and Co-Founder and Director of Marketing & Communications for Be First Goizueta, an initiative at the Goizueta Business School aimed at supporting first-generation students. Currently a DLAMP Scholar at Deloitte, Adia connects with diverse students and consulting leaders through mentorship. As a Consulting Analyst with Emory Consult Your Community, Adia provides pro-bono consulting services to minority- and women-owned businesses in Atlanta. Additionally, Adia is a Financial Literacy Peer Mentor at Emory University and has held various roles, including externships and internships with Analysis Group, Insight Sourcing, and Oliver Wyman. Adia is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics at Emory University and attended Yonsei International Summer School in 2024. Prior experience includes serving as the Publicity Chair for Emory Residence Hall Association and working as a Server/Cashier at Rico’s Tacos.
