Catarina Luz is an experienced recruiting manager currently employed at Emma – The Sleep Company since November 2023. Previously, Catarina held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kitch from July 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment, shaping hiring processes, and managing hiring training.
