Heng Sun is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development with a focus on enhancing operational effectiveness and talent management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Chip Mong Retail since February 2023, Heng Sun is involved in organizational design, headcount planning, and the development of disciplinary and reward programs. Previously, Heng Sun held various roles at Chip Mong Group, including Assistant Manager in Talent & Organization Development, contributing to performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Earlier experience includes positions as an Assistant Producer at BBC Media Action, Associate Editor for The Vanishing Act Project, and Reporter at Radio Free Asia, showcasing a diverse background in media and communications. Heng Sun holds a Master of Arts in Media Arts & Cultures from Aalborg University and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Management from the Royal University of Phnom Penh.
